Shiftwave Warranty Coverage Explained

Your Shiftwave system includes a one-year limited warranty that protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If an issue arises during your warranty period, we’ll work with you to diagnose the problem and, if eligible, repair or replace the affected component at no cost.

What’s Included in the Warranty

Your warranty covers:

  • The Shiftwave Chair, including internal vibration drivers
  • The Control Box or ShiftLink controller
  • Internal electronics, cables, and connectors
  • Manufacturer defects in materials or assembly

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, or surface marks)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper setup
  • Issues resulting from unauthorized accessories or third-party modifications
  • Damage sustained during return shipping if the product was not properly packaged
  • Mesh sagging in the chair seat, this is not considered a defect.
    •  Note: Over time, mesh sagging where the back of the knees rest is normal wear from sitting on that section when the chair is in the upright position. This does not affect performance and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration

Every new Shiftwave system includes one year of coverage from your delivery date.

You can also purchase extended ShiftCare warranty coverage to continue protecting your system beyond the first year.

Extended Warranty Coverage

If you’d like to extend your warranty:

  1. Contact the Shiftwave Support Team before your warranty expires.
  2. Choose an extended ShiftCare plan for additional protection.
  3. Enjoy the same coverage and support as your original warranty period.
