We want you to love your Shiftwave experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your system within our 30-day money-back guarantee period.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
All returned items must be in their original condition and include all components — chair, control unit or ShiftLink, cables, mask, headphones (if included), and packaging materials.
How to Start a Return
- Contact the Shiftwave Support Team to request a return authorization.
- You’ll receive return shipping instructions.
- Repack your system carefully using the original box and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued for the purchase price minus shipping costs.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after your system is received for inspection and processing.
- Refund timing may vary based on your payment provider.
Packaging & Damage Responsibility
It’s important that your system is returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective materials).
- If the system is damaged in transit due to insufficient or improper packaging, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Customers must also provide the return tracking number to Shiftwave Support once the item has shipped.
- If no tracking number is shared and the shipment is lost in transit, the customer assumes liability for the loss.
International Returns
If you’re returning your system from outside the U.S.:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred.
- We recommend using the original shipping crate and packaging to ensure safe return transit.
Exchanges or Replacement Parts
If your system arrived damaged or with missing components, please reach out to Support right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement parts, repair, or exchange under your warranty coverage.
