When to Use BioDrive® in Your Shiftwave Journey
BioDrive® is one of the most powerful features of Shiftwave, but it’s not something you need to jump into right away. To get the most out of it, it helps to first build a foundation with the normal protocols and breathwork.
Here’s how to know when you’re ready to start using BioDrive®.
Step 1: Start with Normal Protocols
When you first get your Shiftwave, focus on using the regular protocols. These are designed to help you:
- Learn how each session (calm, focus, energy, recovery) feels
- Get familiar with the rhythms of the pulsed pressure waves
- Notice how your body and mind respond
Think of this stage as learning the “language” of Shiftwave.
Step 2: Build Breathwork Confidence
Next, practice syncing your breathing with the guided cues in the protocols. Over time, this will feel more natural. As you get comfortable, you’ll start noticing:
- Slower, steadier inhales and exhales
- A sense of calm focus when your breath matches the vibrations
- More awareness of how breathing shifts your state
At this point, you’re starting to work with the Shiftwave experience, not just receiving it.
Step 3: Move Into BioDrive®
Once you understand how the protocols affect you and feel confident with the breathwork, you’re ready to turn on BioDrive®. Here’s what changes:
- The chair stops running on a pre-set pattern.
- Instead, the vibrations follow your heartbeat and breath in real time.
- Inhale → the waves rise.
- Exhale → the waves fall.
BioDrive® gives you the steering wheel. Instead of being guided, you’re driving the session with your own physiology.
The Benefits of Waiting Until You’re Ready
Using BioDrive® too early may feel confusing or less impactful if you haven’t learned the basics yet. By waiting until you’re comfortable:
- You’ll recognize the deeper shift BioDrive® creates.
- You’ll feel more in control of your breath work.
- You’ll maximize the benefits of syncing your breath, heart, and pulsed pressure waves.
