We do have recommendations based on what people are using Shiftwave for. Is there anything specific you are hoping to get out of Shiftwave? (sleep improvement, stress/anxiety reduction, inflammation/pain reduction, other?) A great way to view the different protocols are that some are upregulating, downregulating, and some are balancing. Depending on goals, we can make specific recommendations.
