What vibration intensity should I start at?
We recommend starting at a low to medium intensity (around 40%) for your first few sessions.
This allows your body to get used to the pulsed pressure waves without overstimulation. As you become more familiar with the sensations, you can slowly increase intensity until it feels engaging but still comfortable, never tense or overwhelming.
How often should I use Shiftwave?
You can use Shiftwave anytime you want to reset, recharge, or unwind.
Everyone’s needs are different, some people use it to start their day with focus, others to relax and recover at night. What matters most is making it a consistent part of your wellness routine.
The more regularly you use Shiftwave, the more easily your body learns to shift into calm, clarity, or recovery, whenever you need it.
