Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shiftwave ships worldwide, except where restricted by U.S. trade or export regulations.

International customers are responsible for any local duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

How long will it take to receive my Shiftwave?

Domestic shipments can take up to 7 days to be delivered.

When you purchase your Shiftwave, you’ll receive a lead time estimate that shows how many weeks it will take for your system to ship.

This lead time begins from your purchase date and reflects current production and fulfillment schedules. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its delivery progress.

For international shipments, additional time may be needed for customs clearance and local delivery.

What are the shipment size and weight?

Your Shiftwave ships in one box with the following dimensions and weight:

• Box size: 46" × 32" × 10"
• Approximate weight: 56 lbs

The system folds easily and can be checked as standard airline luggage if you plan to travel with it.

Will Shiftwave include the correct power cord for my country?

Yes. Every Shiftwave system includes a region-specific power cord for your country.

The universal power supply supports 90–264V AC / 47–63Hz, so it works safely with both U.S. and international voltage standards.

If you travel internationally, you can use your system with a simple plug adapter, no voltage converter is required.
